Hold Qi up Helsinki [2005-10-08]

Helsinki greeted us with the most beautiful fall weather during the weekend of October 8-9, when we gave this fall's basic course in Hold Qi Up there. This time, the course was held in the city center, in the premises of Svenska Studiecentralen. As usual, we had a mix of beginners and repeating students. An curious fact was that Radio Vega, the largest Swedish-speaking radio channel in Finland, broadcast a live interview about our activities in their popular Saturday show "Lördax". That way many Swedish-speaking Finns were informed about Zhineng Qigong.

Some comments from the participants:

"I've practiced for 18 months now and I'm more relaxed, which is a definite advantage when it comes to my singing."

"I'm new and this course has made me feel blissful. When I went home on Saturday I felt so good."

"My knees, which have bothered me a lot before, are much better. I'm also a lot calmer now and more patient. I used to be more irritable before."

"This is my first course. I've had pain in my right arm and shoulder for many years. Now I actually feel better."

"I'm much calmer and feel more secure now. A few weeks ago, disaster struck our family, but I could cope with it in a much better way than I would have a few years ago."
