Shenxin Qigong Bergen [2005-03-05]

On the Shenxin Qigong course in Bergen the training was both calm and focused. Almost all of the participants had previously joined our courses in Hold Qi Up, so they learned easily and we had time to spare for both training and repeating Shenxin Qigong.

Snake Arm caused sensation

On Sunday we learned the exercise Snake Arm which has previously caused a sensation because it introduced people to a new dimension of co-ordination and control. The exercise was viewed as a challenge and it was considered both interesting and fun to do. Shenxin Qigong is a powerful method and those who have practised it for a while feel that they have been helped a great deal, their body has become more supple in a fast and effective way.

One of the participants tells us of some personal experience of Zhineng Qigong:

I have practised Zhineng Qigong for 1½ years. I have never suffered from any particular pain or ailment – apart from suffering some minor injuries from body building. Some time ago when I did squatting I put some extra effort into it and I also lifted the weight in the wrong way, so I hurt my back. During the following two days the pain just grew worse and worse and on the third day I couldn't sit. When I had managed to get down into my couch it took me five minutes to get up again, so I decided to practise a little Qigong that day. I practised La Qi for 20 minutes and the pain in my back disappeared completely. Later that evening some minor pain returned and then I practised some more Qigong and I did the same the following morning and after that the pain never came back. I am sure it was the Zhineng Qigong training that helped me since I had the pain for two whole days and after 20 minutes of La Qi it disappeared. As for the rest, my need of sleep is also much less and I have also noticed other nice effects.
