Training trip to Spain 23-30 April 2016

Join us for a trip to Almunecar on the Spanish coast; 70 km east of Malaga. We live there together at a nice hotel right next to the beach, eat good food and enjoy the best European continental climate for a whole week! All this, combined with our strong qi-field and training for about 5 hours a day. We also make a joint excursion of one day to the Alhambra - Spain's most visited tourist destination..


If you’ve learned Hold qi up on any of our courses you are welcome to attend. The reservation deadline is the October 31 2015, the number of seats is limited, first come first served.

When we got clarity about how many people who wants to follow, we will send out more information. The price of everything is expected to be approximately SEK 8.900: -.

The following are included in your package price:

- Roundtrip tickets with Norwegian Air Arlanda-Malaga-Arlanda
- Transfer by bus from Malaga airport to the Hotel Helios Almunecar
- Accommodation in a double room for seven nights
- Breakfast and dinner for seven days
- Full day excursion to the Alhambra, the bus ride and entrance
- Course fee, totally around 30 hours of joint training

If you want to stay three in a room, it can be arranged, person number three will get a discount of SEK 450: -. If you want to stay in single rooms there will be a surcharge of SEK 1400: -.
