Said and done, the course was realized and we had numerous participants from Stockholm, one from Ockelbo and some from the local area. Everyone got great help to improve the quality of their movements. The training was nice and harmonious in our, as always, strong qi-field.<\/p>\n<p>Comments from some of the participants:<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>I.a. Motion Sickness and Knee Problem<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have practiced since 2007. During that time I have got many improvements. I had knee problem for many years that is gone now. Reoccurring inflammation in my eyes, a couple of times per year, disappeared after my first Summer Course. I recently noticed I can sit in the back of a buss without getting travel-sick. It used to be important for me to eat on specific hours, otherwise I became grumpy and tired. Now I can handle myself even if I don\u00b4t get food in the right time.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Perfect Values in Health Examination<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI also got rid of my travel-sickness by practicing Qigong. I started to practice Qigong a long time ago. At that time I was often overstrained, had tense shoulders and I could get a flashes in front of my eyes. Nowadays I mostly feel good. I recently went to a health examination, the doctor said my values were perfect, despite my age!\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Safety<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cNice and cosy to participate on a course in Bolln\u00e4s. I have practiced for four years, initially I had issues with my knees which is better now. I feel mentally much stronger and it feels luxurious to have Qigong. It\u00b4s hard to describe with words how good it is. It\u00b4s a safety.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Hip Problems<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI became curious when my daughter started to practice Qigong. I have been healthy and alert even after I became seventy years old. I have participated on a few courses, this summer I will attend the Summer Course. A month before my first course I got hip problems, something like bone spurs. I could feel during the course that something happened in my hip. I could almost runt to this course without pain. The training makes me feel generally great and it\u00b4s good for balance and flexibility.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Fibromyalgia<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI had the first contact with Qigong in 1998-99 but I wasn\u00b4t ready at that time. I was on a sick leave 2001 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and burnt out. Then I became receptive for Qigong and started to practice again. During a period I had a dip, then my son told me I had to do something about my situation, I found the training again. Qigong is very rewarding, sometimes I forget I have fibromyalgia. I feel much nicer and my temperament is calmer, I think that things will be ok. I get motivated when I see people who\u00b4s twenty years older than me and who are alert thanks to the training.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Summer Course<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dIt\u00b4s very pleasant to attend courses, it feels like we are a family. I\u00b4m longing for the Summer Course, I really look forward to it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI try to attend courses. I have joined many Summer Courses and I feel alert afterwards. To practice Qigong is very rewarding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI have attended the Summer Courses for the last fifteen years. The only bad thing with them is that they end very quickly. I think it\u00b4s sensible and smart to invest time in practicing Qigong.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Major Back Problems<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have had problems and severe pain in my back since I was seventeen years old. I couldn\u00b4t get any help, could not even slice a piece of cheese without feeling pain, I didn\u00b4t become an enjoyable person by that. I started to practice 5-6 years ago. Now I feel very happy, I have durable moments with no pain.
