The atmosphere was pleasant throughout the entire course and the participants could report about various results that they had achieved either at the course or from practicing Qigong over time. Here are some of their comments:<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>BPPV disappeared after lecture<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I started practicing Qigong five years ago due to Benign Paroxymysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), a condition that makes me dizzy. It then disappeared and has been good up until two weeks ago, when I woke up and the entire room was spinning. My doctor told me to do some exercises each morning, but it has not helped much. The day after the lecture I woke up and the BPPV was completely gone! I did not have to do the doctor\u2019s exercises anymore. I felt 10 kg lighter. I honestly do not know what I would do without Qigong.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>More energy<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;This week I have started at work around 5 am every day, and I have not been able to sleep much. During the weekend I have become increasingly awake, and now I have much more energy. This usually happens to me during courses, where I function well on little sleep as the Qi field helps me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Body more manageable<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I have practiced Qigong for approximately one year. For each course I attend it gets easier and easier. In the beginning I had difficulties doing the movements, but now it is easier. It is nice feeling that the body is playing more on my team now than before. I try to attend as many courses as possible, as that is when my body is at its best. So, I am going to continue practicing Qigong, attend courses and achieve results. That is my goal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>A creative idea came to mind<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Daily, I think a lot but this weekend I have become calmer. I could some times feel Qi work towards health improvements in my feet, arms, and head. It is nice knowing that improvements are coming. During the Qi regulation yesterday, a creative idea came to mind. It is pleasant to feel that when the head is relaxed it can also lead to other results, such as the creative idea I got. Today, moving my right arm was very easy. I hope it lasts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Enjoy being in the Qi field<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I have practiced Qigong for three years. I have learned a lot of new things during this course, even though I have attended it before. Previously, I have achieved many great results, and no longer have many health issues. However, I enjoy being in the Qi field and I attend the shared trainings with the rest of the Qigong-group in Bergen every Thursday.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>A positive effect on life<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;It is nice attending courses. Yesterday I was quite tired, but today I am very much awake. I feel that Qigong gives me a positive effect on life, and I consider it my life insurance on old age.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>The pain is gone<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I have practiced Qigong for quite some time now, and the improvements have come little by little. Yesterday, I got more eager to practice more at home when the course is finished. Before, I have backed down more easily when times have gotten rough, but now I am stronger and do not back down that much. At home I have a lot of pain in my body and joints, but at Qigong courses I tend to forget all the pain I am having and then it is like the pain is gone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Several health improvements in only a few weeks<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I started practicing Qigong in February. I am very surprised and happy for all the improvements I have achieved since I started. Before, I used to cough a lot. So much that I would cough until I vomited. The doctors have done multiple tests but have not been able to say what causes the cough. Not long ago I realised I have not coughed and vomited since I started practicing Qigong. I still need to clear my throat now and then, but it is much better than what is was.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Earlier, I have had pains in my right knee and leg, but these pains have now disappeared. My cold feet are becoming increasingly warm. I get much less cramps in the calves and feet during the night, and my balance is better. I do not visit the toilet that much anymore at night and suffer less from itching. Daily, I use hearing aids but a few times over the last few weeks I have had to take them off, since the sound has become too loud, so something is happening with my hearing too.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am very surprised and happy for all the health improvements I have achieved in such a short time. I am so grateful for hearing about Qigong, and in that way got the chance to try this out. I attend the group trainings in Bergen each week and it feels very good. It is a nice atmosphere there and I can talk to others who have trained Qigong longer than I have. I practice regularly at home and I am now curious about what the future brings. I find this quite exciting and I am determined to continue practicing Qigong.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Shoulder pains disappeared<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I started practicing Qigong six months ago. When I started I had a lot of pain in my shoulders. During these six month the pain has disappeared.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Relaxed better<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I have been doing very well lately.
