More and more people appreciate and begin to understand the privilege of being able to practise with many others in our strong qi-field. One reason is the clear positive results that many of our participants get on our courses.<br \/>The Summer Course Training takes place alternate years in Stockholm and Gothenburg. This year the course was held in Stockholm. Over seventy participants mostly from different parts of Sweden but also from Norway and Finland. The last day of the course is dedicated to Xing Shen Zhuang, which we learn on the Summer Course level two.<br \/>After the second day Su Dongyue arranged a course in EasyCare for the eyes. The simple and effective training is greatly appreciated, this course was no exception.<\/p>\n<p>An excerpt from participants comments:<\/p>\n<h3>Balance<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dQigong makes my life more balanced.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Solidarity<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dThe highly focused training benefits my life. I feel I improve myself with the training. The arm training felt better. This is a lovely community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI\u2019m happy I could attend all five days. I\u2019m very grateful for the solidarity in the group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dIt\u2019s luxurious to practise this much when you live far away and don\u2019t have access to weekly group trainings. It\u2019s not possible to find this solidarity anywhere else, you can socialize with anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Pain in the back and shoulders<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dIt\u2019s great to be here, I have had pain in my back and shoulders. My neck feels better.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Inflammations<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have both inflammations in my wrists and some inflammations that has improved. I\u2019m overall softer and I like the relaxed concentration. It\u2019s good to practise a lot without any lectures.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Mundane life<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dWe must try to practise in our everyday life, remember the feeling, keep calm and think about how to manage our living.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Softer<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI\u2019m physically much softer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dThe course was great. Intense and a lot of practising. I have improved my arm training and I\u2019m softer. Thanks.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Calmer<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dIt was comfortable to practise. My thoughts have calmed down. Thanks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI feel calmer. I slept well. I got some great corrections. I can feel a progress in my neck.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Recharge the batteries<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dThis will be great, I have recharged my batteries. I can stay in my body and be very focused. I\u2019m grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI came here to gain energy after a rough autumn. I got energy to keep going on. I\u2019m very grateful for the course, the training has helped a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Improved back<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dThe training is great. This was the best Summer Course Training. My back has improved.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Broken foot<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI experienced many changes. I broke my foot a couple of weeks ago and have had my foot in a plaster cast. I can feel a great improvement during the course. I have been able to walk down the stairs. Rehabilitation has been very quick.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>A lot of qi<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI\u2019m very grateful for the privilege to start the year with this kind of training.
