It was a lovely group of people<br \/>learning as a beginner or refining the exercise if Hold Qi Up and La Qi.<br \/>More understanding about qigong and the benefits of it. <\/p>\n<p>Comments from the participants:<\/p>\n<h3>More understanding about qigong and the benefits of it<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThis is my third workshop and I have very much enjoyed the weekend. I know it is time for me to do<br \/>more Qigong \u2013 I will reap the benefits. I find 7am and 5pm good times to practice. When I began I<br \/>felt \u2018this is boring\u2019, but not now. This has been a lovely group and good Qi!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I did my first group I thought \u2018well I won\u2019t want to do more weekends \u2013 why would you<br \/>bother, I\u2019ve learned the form? But the more I do Qigong the more I learn! This one there have been<br \/>4 or 5 things \u2013 refinements. Thank you!\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Qi field<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThis is my 4 th weekend of Hold Qi Up. I know how to do it, but I learn a bit more every time. I<br \/>enjoyed all of it this time. Each time you hear things that you missed the last time. Now my whole<br \/>family and my boyfriend practice Qigong. We will have a big Qi field this Christmas!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis was my 5 th weekend course and I\u2019ve done a summer course too. After my first weekend course<br \/>I couldn\u2019t wait for the second one! I had found what I was looking for. Coming back to weekend<br \/>workshops is essential. This weekend there has been the strongest Qi I have ever felt, apart from<br \/>summer course. I had let my practice slip a bit, but this has been the boost I need.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201d This has been lovely. It\u2019s my first course \u2013 I\u2019ll need another!&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Helps stabilise ME<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI have been practicing 10 years. I always want to come to courses nowadays. I have ME and Qigong<br \/>has helped me to stabilise my condition. This weekend the Qi has been amazing. I may need to<br \/>practice twice a day from now on. \u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Qigong is my health insurance<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThis has been so good. I marvel because Qigong is so efficient! It practices the body and the mind. It<br \/>is my health insurance as I grow older. The secret is to practice every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>I feel very well<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThis is my second weekend and I have done 2 summer courses and the winter course. There is<br \/>always something to learn and it is worth coming to weekends to recommit. I live a long way away<br \/>and don\u2019t have a group. I haven\u2019t been disciplined but the weekend will get me back on track. I feel<br \/>very well, after having heart problems and cancer and I feel sure that Qigong contributes to that.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>My well-being has improved<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI have enjoyed the weekend. I have done 2 x 18 day summer courses and that has taken my<br \/>practice to a whole new level. I have lots of niggles \u2013 arthritis in my knees and hands \u2013 that comes<br \/>and goes. My well-being has improved. I am never in any doubt about the value of coming to<br \/>courses. Corrections are valuable. I recommend it highly to increase a sense of wellbeing. You can<br \/>trust it.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>I felt very welcome<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThank you for the welcome. I have done a lot of workshops and have never been nervous before,<br \/>but I was this time \u2013 I think I knew it would be something different. I like the emphasis on the Qi and<br \/>on relaxation. I don\u2019t know yet where I will go with this.
