Some participants had travelled a long way to attend. Both new and repeating participants had the pleasure of practising together. Clarity, calmness and well-being became a common denominator for this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Some participants\u2019 comments:<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Asthma cough gone<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe asthma cough, which has severely bothered me for a long time &#8211; day and night, is now gone.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Shoulder pain disappeared<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI am new to this course. I was in serious doubt, however I agreed to come. I am surprised by the effects. My shoulders have been completely changed. The pain is gone. This weekend I have also been snoring less. According to my wife I use to snore like an elk.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Well being<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI have been looking for a method\/tool in everyday life to become strong and painless. The body has been imbalanced, with tension, pain and fatigue. I felt good yesterday, and now I feel like having spent the whole weekend optimally. My goal is to be still at work and get into a positive circle. I am keeping things in check with this training.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Warmth in the feet<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cIt is nice to be here and practise. It feels like the batteries are being charged and everything is getting better. There is a lot of warmth in the feet. I am much happier now than when I arrived.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Feel calmness<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;At this weekend course I got a wonderful calmness right away, lasting through the whole weekend. I always freeze when I am attending a course, however, this weekend I was warm through &#8211; even my fingers were warm. I am so grateful for the Qigong, and not least for all the nice people I meet there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is good to come from everyday life and practise in the strong Qifield here. The body and mind calm down.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Ankle fracture recovered<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI have a strained shoulder. It works and loosens gradually. During the correction of squats, I felt that some ankle lesions were straightened out. I have had a fracture there.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Solve problems<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cLast night I woke up because the problems came sailing. Still, I managed to relax and not get caught by them. I now focus on thinking that it resolves, being calm believing that you will survive even if there are big challenges. It is good to have this method.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Body feeling changed<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe course has been inspiring. There is a nice group here. After this course, my body feeling has changed. I state improvements in just a few days. The most positive experience is to be able to get in place so quickly.
