To practise qigong is the best thing I have done the last seven years. I have some problems with one of my shoulders, It gets better when I practise. I\u00b4m so grateful for having qigong. During the first day it felt like the air was trembling. The qi was very strong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI have practised for many years. Attended winter courses a couple of times. It\u00b4s great to repeat the courses. I\u00b4m happy I can attend courses where I live.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Stronger<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI feel stronger and more alert. Thanks for a great course.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Snake Arm<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI\u00b4m wondering why I don\u00b4t practise more snake arm. I need that exercise.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Back Pain<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have back pain. During the lunch I tried to jog and it felt ok. The back feels better.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Great Feeling<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have no sensations to declare. I want to say thanks for feeling great.
