Below are some comments:<\/p>\n<h3>An everyday tool<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have participated in almost 10 weekend courses and one autumn course. It is rewarding to participate in courses, you always learn something new. I practise every evening. I have no particular ailment. To me, qigong is a tool to handle the challenges that come with life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI started practicing qigong six years ago. I have no specific problems. I am glad I have learned the movements and that I have a method I can use when needed. The training helps me to clear my thoughts and to make decisions.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>A way to cope with pain<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dIt feels so good to practise when I know the movements. Qigong helps me to cope with pain. It is reassuring to know that these movements cannot harm me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Important to meet other qigongers<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have been practising qigong since 2005. It feels really good to be here even if I cannot participate both days. It is important to meet other qigongers. The greatest benefit is that I am free from the nerve pain in my arm.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Feels good &#8211; want to continue<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dThis is my first course. I have suffered from migraine since I was 15. I have previously tried other methods like tai chi and yoga. La qi felt good. I would like to continue and see where it leads.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Shoulder problem disappeared<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI attended my first course in 2008. I have a chronic bowel disease and wanted help to manage stress. I noticed after a few years, that my recurrent shoulder inflammation had disappeared, as a result of the training.
