I practise to get less stressed and get more energy. I have got rid of pain in my feet and lower legs. The pain disappeared suddenly. I\u00b4m happy that my wife is here. She has got great results from practising qigong. Thanks for a great course.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Interesting Training Form<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI\u00b4m a beginner. I have no real ailments, I\u00b4m here because I want to stay soft and flexible. During Saturday afternoon when we did arm training I had some pain between my shoulders. The next day I couldn\u00b4t feel anything. This training form is interesting, I will continue to practise.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Improve Gradually<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI have practised for many years. I can see how I gradually have improved my health. I don\u00b4t have any allergy related problems any more, I need to sleep less, a knee injury has improved and a few more things. To practise regularly is very good. I practise before work, then I stay alert the whole day.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Chronic disease<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI used to have chronic disease. Qigong is like a medicine for me. If I don\u00b4t practise I get worse. I get really relaxed when practising qigong.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Stress Relief<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThanks for a great course. It feels great to have my child here with me. I want to get less stressed. It\u00b4s rewarding to practise qigong, but you have to do the training.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Clear Thinking<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dThe best feeling was that the training made me feel really clear. I\u00b4m often confused but yesterday I told myself that now you are thinking clearly! Thanks.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Alert<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have practised for many years. I get more alert by practising qigong, it\u00b4s a major benefit for me. And my back stays ok. This weekend my son was with me. I\u00b4m very happy for that.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Frozen Shoulder<\/h3>\n<p>I\u00b4m quite new here, attended my first course this autumn. It felt right to attend the course. This is something I have to do! I had a frozen shoulder and Johannes said it will be ok. I didn\u00b4t believe him and laught. On the second day the shoulder was ok and I could move the shoulder. I also had problem in an elbow and it\u00b4s much better. I use body regulation and relaxation when I\u00b4m worried and stressed and it helps me very much.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Migraine<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI have practised for four years. When I attended my first course I had migraine five to six days a week. Half a year later, when I attended my second course, I noticed that the migraine was almost completely gone. I then took medicine for migraine about two days per month, which was a great improvement. I practise almost every day.
