The exercises are short and are fast to learn and work well to incorporate into daily life at work or at home. The participants say:<\/p>\n<h3>Less pain<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI had a lot of pain when I came here. Now it feels better. There is more flow and warmth in my body and I have less pain.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Happier and calmer<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have had a tough time over recent weeks but now I am much happier and calmer.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Warmer<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI was cold when I came but now I am warm.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Softer and more mobility in wrists<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have problems with my hands. I have bad ciculation.
