All beginners learned fast and several expressed a willingness to continue practising both at home and together with others in our evening groups. Below you will find comments from some of the participants<\/p>\n<h3>Increased Ability<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI have practised for six years and I have participated on the summer and winter course. I have been longing for this course. Even though I have increased my ability to relax I want to be calmer and softer. I want to thank my wife for introducing me to qigong.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Better Health<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cWhen I started to practise qigong my body was in a very bad state. The doctors couldn\u00b4t understand anything. Step by step I have increased my health.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Migraine<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI don\u00b4t have any major ailments. My migraine has disappeared completely and I lost a lot of weight after my first course. Before this course I had an itchy feeling in my back. When we did the relaxation the pain decreased.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Heel Spurs<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cBy practising qigong I got rid of migraine and heel spurs. It\u00b4s hard to practise regularly with a little child at home. When I don\u00b4t practise regularly I notice how irritation and other similar feelings reappears.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Very Comfortable<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cIt feels really comfortable to practise hold qi up. I\u00b4m longing for the next course.<\/p>\n<h3>Frozen Shoulder<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cIt felt important to attend the course. Hopefully I will attend the weekly training group. Before the course I had a frozen shoulder, but now I can move it again. I\u00b4m happy I joined the course.
