Everyone helped each other with great concentration and patience. This gave a relatively steep learning curve &#8211; with good results.<\/p>\n<p>Course participants\u00b4comments:<\/p>\n<h3>Sleep well at night<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI tend to sleep little and badly \u2013 being constantly tired. Last night I slept 7 hours continuously.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Less pain<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI am pregnant and have a backache. I have less pain in my back now after the course.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Feel lightness<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I feel lightness. My wish is to reduce the 11 types of medicines that bother me.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Can move my sprained ancle<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have a knee problem. It keeps slipping out of joint. I also sprained my ancle the other day. However, it is now more flexible. My body feels warmer.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Found my support muscles<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dMy shoulder &#8211; which has given me many sleepless nights because of pain, is now very good. I also had problems with my neck and hips. I have been searching for exercizes to strengthen my support muscles. Here I succeed.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>More energy<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have rheumatism and take medication. My goal is to get off medications. My energy level has improved during the weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Arm \u201dradiation\u201d gone<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI am back here \u2013 training again. The \u201dradiation\u201d in the arm is gone. I need less sleep now.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Shoulder ailments improved<\/h3>\n<p>\u201dI have now trained Zhineng Qigong for 4 years. I also attended the Summer course in Sweden this year. My shoulder ailments have improved.
