I have therefore been anxious to practise Qigong. I am totally relaxed now, and I know that I will continue to train. I used to be a ‘squirrel’ in motion. Now I am calmer. I breathe and speak slower. I am now more present.”

Walk without “waddling”

“Before the course I had pain in my shoulder and hips. It has been an effort to get up from a chair. Yesterday, however, I got up from the chair without difficulty and I walked straight into the kitchen without “waddling”. My husband noticed and commented this. My body feels light and my stomach is fine now.”

Calmness in my body

“I was recommended this course. I am suffering from a whiplash injury after colliding twice. A chiropractor has been treating me countless times, but the effect has not been lasting. I am a nurse by profession, and I suffer from shoulder pains. My wish for this course was to be able to help myself recover. Now I feel lightness in my body.”

Softer and more concentrated

“The course has been good for the muscles and concentration. I have become much softer this weekend.”

Feeling of Qi

“I’ve got a nice sense of Qi”.

More energy and peace of mind

“I repeat the course and I learn something new all the time. I am a restless soul. Zhineng Qigong is therefore my tranquilizer. I have previously been treated by a naprapath for my shoulders’ and neck problems. With Zhineng Qigong this is now in order. I have also become much softer, calmer and more energized. I was “running” a lot in the mountains after the last Zhineng Qigong course.”

Move like a mountain goat

“I have been training approximately 1 year Zhineng Qigong now. I also participated in the 9 d. Summer Course. Having a restless mind, I seek calmness. I practise Zhineng Qigong regularly. I have had physical ailments, such as shoulder inflammation. However, I decided to exit from the physiotherapist and the naprapath. Now I sleep too well! I have almost forgotten the pain in my shoulders. Today my heart is light, and I have gained much energy. I now move with an ease like a mountain goat.”

Teacher:
Ingrid Tidemann

The good Qifield collected several new and repeating course participants this weekend in the Bodø High School – in lovely Autumn light. “Now I move with an ease like a mountain goat,” said one participant.
