Twenty-four people with different experiences of life and the self-training art qigong participated in the course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comments from the participants:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Migraine<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I used to have migraine attacks on a regular basis. My vision was disturbed and I even lost my speech when I had my attacks. Today I don&#8217;t have migraine attacks anymore. The mental training is important for me, to get the ability to concentrate, relax and to get rid of stress.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Increased ability<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;My friend Ellen talked me into this. My partner also practises Zhineng Qigong and I can see he is getting better. I don&#8217;t have any problems, I just want to have a higher ability to relax and calm down.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I need to practise for my back, neck and joints. I can clearly feel when I don&#8217;t practise. I have improved my ability to concentrate and to be present.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Flat foot<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I have achieved a lot of great results. I used to be flat footed, sleep very much and be twisted in my body, but all that has disappeared. I can now eat lactose products, I have more energy, and I&#8217;m softer and more relaxed.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Learn New Things<\/h3>\n<p>I always learn something new. It feels great to be in the qi-field.<\/p>\n<h3>Urinary Infections<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I practise for the mental effect, to become calm and to continue having a pain free body. I noticed that when life is hectic you should practise more in order to be able to think clearer. My best physical result is that after the summer course I have not had any urinary infections. Thanks for a great course and great corrections.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Stress Symptoms<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I have practised for one year. A lot of changes have occurred.
