During the last four years we have arranged basic courses in Hold Qi up and even Hold Qi up 2. Now, the time was ripe for teaching Shenxin Qigong to both old and faithful as well as new and unexperienced students.

The interest in Zhineng Qigong has been steady in Hamar for a while, which has been noticable both at the weekendcourses and in the weekly training group. The training group will use both Hold Qi up and Shenxin Qigong from now on.

After the course, the students said that they had gotten more energy, less pain and their bodies felt more flexible. The exersice was easy to remember and easy to practice at home. They are now curious of what kind of long term results they can get from training Shenxin Qigong.

Below follows some of the students comments.

More vigourous, softer body with less pains

I was very tired and weary when I arrived at the course. Yesterday, after the first day, I also was very tired, but today it feels much better. My neck is better. My shoulders are way better. Some rigid points in my back have loosened up, but some of them are still rigid. It feels so much better. I will practice every day!

Still no headaches

I attended the Hold Qi up course in Hamar this January, and my fantastic results during and after that course is published as a personal story. After that course, I have had no headaches what so ever. I have not been taking any medication for my headaches either. I hope it will go on like this, and I truly believe so. This morning, after one day of Shenxin training, I had this light feeling in my head.

Sleeps better with Qigong

I practise together with my husband, it is easyer to do it together than to do it alone. I’m struggeling with sleeping problems, and I’m aware that the training helps me in order to get a better quality of sleep. Tonight I woke up at 2 o’clock. I did some qigong exercises, and was then able to go back to sleep again.

The pelvis feels better

The course felt very good. I have some problems with my pelvis, especially on one side, but today it feels better.

Less stress and more energetic

I was sressed out and weary when I came to the course. Even if I felt that way and we have been standing here for two days, I now feel less stressed, less tense and I have more energy. The exercises feels very comfortable and I am looking forward to practicing this exercise.

It feels good to practise alot

I join many courses these days, as many as I can. It feels very good. It is a big difference between practicing a little, in order to ”get it done”, than to practise because one feels and know it gives you good results.

In much better condition

I have been practising Qigong before, but when I came to the course yesterday, I was both stressed and very tired. The course yesterday was good, but I had alot of pains in my body. Today, my body feels completely different. I feel I`m in much better shape now. The course has been really good. I practice because it feels very beneficial to me. I don`t know how I would have been able to survive without this training.

Expecting good things to happen

This is my first Qigong course ever. I came with no prejudice regarding Qigong. I also had no specific expectations. I am bothered by insomnia, tinnitus and rarely experiense any feeling of energy surplus. After joining this course, I have great expectations, and I hope that I will be able to fix my problems.

The courses aids my training routine

I have been to many courses. I use Qigong to deal with stress, and gain more energy to get my job well done. There are always new corrections and words of wisdom inside these courses. New things one picks up on. I can not imagine how to maintain my training without theese courses. The courses in Hamar are vital in order to help me provide good standards when it comes to my own training.

Teacher:

Herbjörn Wilhelmsen

This was the first Shenxin Qigong course in Hamar.
