As usual the course contained a lot of training, a high concentration level and a strong qi-field. I’ve practiced Hold Qi up regularly since the Summer Course. Shenxin Qigong helps me even more. It feels that the training goes deeper.”

Need Less Sleep

“I’ve practiced Shenxin Qigong for some years and I notice changes especially in my sleep. If I practice a lot I can reduce sleep quite much. I attended a course at work a couple of years ago. i stayed awake during many late nights and still had to wake up during early mornings. Instead of sleeping an extra hour I went up to practice more Shenxin Qigong and it worked very well!”

Less Disturbing Thoughts

“I feel blank in my head and that’s really good. Usually I have problems with thinking too much. I can’t stop thinking. Now I feel much more relaxed. It tingles here and there in my body. It feels good.”

Good Corrections

“It has been a great course and I got a lot of good corrections. I’m looking forward to train more and I also look forward to the Winter Course.”

Calm

“I attend this course for the first time and I feel really calm. This course was the first time that I felt a significant effect from qigong.”

Attend many Courses

“I’ve attended many basic courses and even Winter Courses. I really like Shenxin. At the courses I think that I learn some extra things that improve my training.”

Exercises that goes Deeper

“This is my first course in Shenxin as well. It feels good to do the movements. I think that the exercises go deeper. It feels like a great complement to Hold Qi up. I also like the Snake Arm exercise. It was really nice. I feel effects from the training all the time. When I look back on how I felt before, the difference is huge. It’s good considering how many things I had tried before without results. I’ve increased my training a bit now and as soon as I practice 20 minutes more every day I notice that I need less sleep. It is worth the extra minutes.”

Teacher:

Herbjörn Wilhelmsen

Shenxin Qigong in Kungsängen is a popular course, both for beginners and more advanced students.
