Trondheim was dressed in white this weekend. A 6 year old participant arrived on a sled, pulled by his mother, with Pokemon Cards safely kept in his pocket. Some still rode their bikes. One participant came all the way from Bergen for one day&#8217;s practise. They were all doing fine practising together in the Qifield, charging their &#8220;batteries&#8221; well.<\/p>\n<p><h3>Better balance<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;Previously, when getting out of a chair I had to pause and straighten my back. Now, I do not have to do this. My balance is much better now.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is my first course in Zhineng Qigong. I feel changes in my body. My balance has improved.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Positive challenge<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;The Summer Course was a very good experience. Shenxin Qigong (SXQ) exercises challenge my body in a good way.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This course has been positive. I feel stronger, physically. I also cope better with new challenges. I look forward to new courses in the near future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>It works<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;This is the first time I get to know Zhineng Qigong. It is good for me. I&#8217;ll continue practising and see how it goes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/stu-dsc-0071-320.jpg\" alt=\"2010-11-06, SXQ Trondheim\"><\/p>\n<p><h3>Experiencing Qi<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;I already had one SXQ course, and this repetition did me good. After the Summer Course this year my recognition of Qi has changed. I am looking forward to further progress.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>The pain left<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;I needed a recharge of energy this weekend. It suddenly happened during the &#8220;Snake Arm&#8221; practice: In the beginning the movement was very hard to endure; however, suddenly the pain let go and it was easy to continue. This was a very inspiring experience.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Calmer<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;This course gives me a lot. My body feels calmer. My neck and shoulders got better. The Snake Arm movement is very good, giving me energy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Regular practice helps<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;A great course. I brought my 6 year old boy along to practise SXQ in the Qifield. My body is now ready for more practice. My son and I will do the SXQ exercises together regularly at home and at the weekly group trainings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zhineng Qigong improves my health, provided regular practice at group tranings and self training at home.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I realize that I have to practise regularly to get rid of my stuttering. I feel some improvement after this course. I enjoy the &#8220;Snake Arm&#8221; exercise.
