Vi had participants that had never practiced Shenxin before, wintercourse participants and persons that hadn&#8217;t repeated the course in quite a while. The heat raised considerably in the Qifield when we practiced and several persons felt warm in both body and mind.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/stu-sxqsthlm-200610.jpg\" align=\"left\" alt=\"Shenxin Qigong in Stockholm 2006-10\" ><\/p>\n<p>Below follows some comments from the participants.<\/p>\n<p><h3>Virus<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;I&#8217;ve had a virus in my body for a while and I&#8217;ve felt cold the last couple of weeks even though I&#8217;ve practiced Qigong but during this weekend my body have been warm.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Easier<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;I&#8217;ve practiced Shenxin Qigong since last year. It&#8217;s a great support to Hold Qi Up. Shenxin makes Hold Qi Up easier. I get closer to the floor and my body feels softer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Blood circulation<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;This is my first course in Shenxin Qigong. The training feels good for my back. My body feels warm which is good as my blood circulation is not very good.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Energetic<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;After every course my state of health has improved. Before I couldn&#8217;t practice Shenxin Qigong in the evening as it made me to energetic but now I can relax better so I can sleep.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Energetic<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;I practice Shenxin Qigong regularly. I&#8217;m tired in the mornings but I feel much more energetic if I practice Shenxin in the morning. The training makes my day different. I can handle difficult things easier if I practice Shenxin. My physical condition and energy rise. My hands and feet feel warmer. I practiced yesterday evening but got so energetic that I couldn&#8217;t sleep afterwards.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Pain in knees<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;Lately I&#8217;ve had pain in my knees and haven&#8217;t moved much. I expected that it would be difficult to move during the course, but to my surprise I havent felt any pains in my knees!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Fingers<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;The joints of my fingers that usually are painful feels warm and soft.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Child<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;I had a child last spring and I haven&#8217;t attended any course since. To become a mother is the greatest thing that has happened to me. It&#8217;s amazing! I was diagnosed as infertile. I think it&#8217;s a lot thanks to Qigong that I actually could have a child. I haven&#8217;t been able to practice as much as before so I try to practice with better quality.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><h3>Fever<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;I&#8217;ve practiced Shenxin Qigong on and off for a couple of years. During a long period I had fever and the doctors didn&#8217;t know why.
