One news is that the course will last for six days &#8211; compared to five days the other years. That means if you choose to join the basic course as well, which takes place the days before, you can practice <a href=\"\/index.php\/en\/our-activities\/our-exercises.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shenxin Qigong<\/a> eight days in total. A great possibility to get more Qi!<\/p>\n<p><h3>New date<\/h3>\n<p> You can <a href=\"https:\/\/zhinengqigong.eu\/index.php\/en\/our-activities\/courses.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sign up for the course<\/a> in our homepage. Notice that the date has been changed. The basic course takes place Sunday and Monday, Februari 22 &#8211; 23.
