After last spring\u2019s successful training trip to Spanish Almunecar, 70 kilometres east of Malaga, we will repeat the concept the spring to come, 22-29th of April. In addition to that we will also arrange a beginners course on spot the 27-29th of January, a course which is particularly intended for Scandinavians who live in the area during winter. <\/span>Eventually we will also arrange a trip of a week in October, with a beginners course and training thereafter. Keep in touch if you are interested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beginners course the 27-29th of January<\/span><\/h3>\n

A course of Hold qi up in Almunecar Friday the 27th of January – Sunday the 29th, a total of 15 hours. There will also be a lecture on Thursday evening the 26th of January. Even if the course especially are intended for those living in the area, it is of course open for everyone who want to participate. Travel and stay are at low cost that time of the year, and a few lighter and warmer days in our strong Qi-field on-site in Spain will most likely do everyone good. If you want to come we can help you with transport and accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"AlmunecarTraining course 22-29th of April<\/span><\/h3>\n

The morning practice on the beach just by the Mediterranean, group training in our strong Qi-field on the top floor of our hotell with a straight view of the ocean, sun and warmth in Europe\u2019s best mainland climate, good hotel with good service, generous buffet for breakfast and dinner \u2013 all of that and a lot more you will get if you go with us to Almunecar the last week of April. In the course evaluation after the spring\u2019s course the response was overwhelmingly positive. Among other things was said;<\/span><\/p>\n

”The journey has been amazing in every way. Good set-up of the practice. To practice at the beach was magical! The hotel was good, the location could not have been better.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The training course is open for you who have joined a Hold qi up course with us. The last day of registration is the 15th of October. We have got 30 places booked and here it is first come first served.<\/span><\/p>\n

Binding registration is done by payment of SEK 2.000:- to, for Swedish payments: Bg 862-0171 , International payments: IBAN SE02 8000 0832 7992 3432 8616 BIC: SWEDSESS. Refunding at cancellation is only done at disease, etc, standard conditions as to other trips are applied.<\/span><\/p>\n

The price of the trip are estimated to be around SEK 9.000:- and following are included in your package price:<\/span><\/p>\n

-Flight roundtrip Arlanda-Malaga-Arlanda<\/span><\/p>\n

-Transfer by bus from Malaga airport to hotel Helios Almunecar<\/span><\/p>\n

-Stay in double room seven nights<\/span><\/p>\n

-Breakfast and dinner seven days<\/span><\/p>\n

-A guided trip of a day with to an interesting location<\/span><\/p>\n

-Guided tour of the city Almunecar<\/span><\/p>\n

-Course fee, a total of about 30 hours of group training<\/span><\/p>\n
