As someone said &#8220;we are a nice bunch&#8221; and it was reflected in all of us and created a nice atmosphere of community and harmony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sleep better<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve been to my first course and now I feel full. It has been exciting and a nice atmosphere here between us who are here, have felt very safe and relaxed. I got very, very tired yesterday afternoon, probably relaxed. I could fall asleep in the evening which I never do otherwise, had problems with this for a long time. Then slept really well all night. Hope I can continue with this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relaxed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve got really tired in this course, I think it&#8217;s good that I got so tired that I got down in speed. I also got muscle soreness even though I had been training for 11 years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been a good course and I have also got muscle soreness even though I have practiced for many, many years. It radiated in my back this week, felt it a little already in the fall and then I trained a little more but then I started training less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Energy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s been a fantastic course this. I&#8217;ve got a fantastic amount of energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve repeated the course and it has felt great. My joints are messing with me and I&#8217;ve tried to strengthen them, especially my feet. It usually stings and hurts when I stand for too long but it feels in a different way now, so something is happening. I recognize this feeling from a summer course earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Softer and more flexible in the body<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve had a hard time putting my hands on my feet for quite a while but yesterday I was able to put my hands on my feet, I was surprised!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pain better and harmony<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have felt harmonious during the course. I have pain in my right shoulder and at the Winter Course I almost completely got rid of it. The pain has come back a little after the winter course but I notice that it has also improved during this course. Last night I felt no pain at all and didn&#8217;t need to take any painkillers.
