When I started training, I had pain everywhere. My body is starting to recover, and now I want to develop further. My focus now is to open my mind and my heart.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is my first course in Qigong. I am struggling with anxiety and social interaction, and worst of all is speaking in front of people. During the course, I have been able to withdraw when I have needed to be alone, and I have been given the personal space I have needed. I was very frightened when I came to the course yesterday, but not today. I can feel that something positive has happened.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I have practiced Qigong for some years. I get a little pain from sitting a lot in front of a computer, and it is nice to get rid of this pain. When I started practicing Qigong, I was interested in what happens after I get well. With time, I have understood that my body and my mind is connected, and that my emotions are connected to my body. When you release a tension in your body, you often release an emotional problem as well. It is also important to regulate ourselves in daily life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Thank you for a nice course. I have gotten good corrections, and I have had a good time. The course has been a purification for my head, my stomach and my heart. I have started to get a little awareness of my body, and this is the first time I have sensed my whole spine, from the tailbone and upwards.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Before I started practising Qigong I had aura migraine. My vision could disappear, and I had pain. Now the aura migraine is gone, and it stays away if I practice a little Qigong every day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This is my first course, and it has been extremely exciting. I am used to a lot of activity and quicker exercises. I feel that my body and my mind are separated from each other, and I have now felt awareness of my body.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I have been practicing Qigong for several years. I have an old injury from another kind of training, but I can control this injury with Qigong. When I walk out the door after a course I have no pain.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I have been practicing Qigong for almost five years, and the training has given me peace. If I get a little pain I just practice a lot, and the pain is gone in a few days. It has been a nice energy here, and it has been a fantastic group. The teacher has given nice inputs that is helpful for the training.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I have been struggling with anxiety my whole life, but I did not understand this before last summer. I have been lacking peace, and I have also struggled with stress and depression. I have always been active, but I need to do something for my head. I need to find peace. The weekend has been fantastic, and this has been a very nice group.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I have had a focus on details during this course, and the corrections have been very fun. My head has become quiet, and that makes it easier to handle the physical pains.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This is my first course.\u00a0The course has been a test of my patience, but it has made me want more. I know I must maintain the training and practice regularly. I am sitting a lot in front of a computer, and my shoulders are stiff.
